This set features a combined living area and an attached wire run. It is designed to give small animals a bit of fresh air and ground access while keeping them protected from predators. The wooden construction is treated to withstand outdoor elements, making it a sturdy option for a backyard or a large indoor space.
The integrated run allows for natural foraging behavior in a controlled environment. Because the roof is waterproof, the interior nesting or resting area remains shielded from moisture. This specific model is sized for those who have a limited amount of space but still want to provide a multi-zone habitat for their rabbits or chickens.
Assembly is straightforward, resulting in a cohesive unit that is easy to move if necessary. The wire mesh used in the run provides excellent ventilation and visibility, allowing you to check on your animals at a glance. It serves as a functional home that balances the need for security with the benefit of outdoor exposure.
